These times were collected using the in-game timer shown in the information panel.

HARPY---------------------------N/A   The Harpy takes about 30 seconds to shoot all of its ammo, but might take longer if the unit it is shooting at is moving. The Harpy might pause before shooting if buildings are nearby which might also cause it to take longer to shoot all its ammo. The Harpy takes 1 minute and 50 seconds to fully reload on the Helipad (which is the longest reload time of any plane) The Harpy reloads each of its 5 bullets in a different amount of time, with the first bullet being the fastest to reload. The Harpy returns to the Helipad pretty quickly. Harpy Speed = 14.
 

Reload times for each Harpy bullet:
 

First Harpy Reload = 10 seconds

Second Harpy bullet reload = 30 seconds

Third Harpy bullet reload = 20 seconds

Fourth Harpy bullet reload = 30 seconds

Fifth Harpy bullet reload = 20 seconds

How many shots each Harpy bullet represents:

First Harpy bullet = 4 chain gun shots

Second Harpy bullet = 4 shots

Third Harpy bullet = 6 shots

Fourth Harpy bullet=4 shots

Fifth (last) Harpy bullet = 6 shots

BANSHEE-----------------------N/A The Banshee has 3 shots and it takes about 6-7 seconds to fire all 3 shots. The Banshee fully reloads on the Helipad in 30 seconds. The Banshee travels pretty fast to get back to the Helipad. Speed = 18.4 (Not quite as fast as Orca Fighter)

ORCA FIGHTER--------------9  (The Orca Fighter shoots all of its 10 shots [5 double shots] in about 9-10 seconds. If the Orca Fighter is shooting with buildings nearby it might pause before shots and take longer. If the Orca Fighter is shooting at moving units, it might also take longer. The Orca Fighter fully reloads on the Helipad in 50 seconds [10 seconds for each of the 5 double shot bullets] and moves very fast to get there. Orca Fighter Speed = 20)
 

ORCA BOMBER--------------N/A  (The Orca Bomber only has 2 shots and it will fire those 2 shots in about 6 seconds. The Orca Bomber full reloads on the Helipad in 20 seconds [10 seconds per bullet]. It returns to the Helipad slower than any other plane. Speed = 12)
