Repair Building Rate: Buildings repair at a rate of 24 HP per second. (Note: Most of the time buildings heal at 24 HP per second; however, I did see some other numbers like 32 randomly. To figure out about how many seconds it will take for a building to completely repair to full health, just look up the building's HP information in the Information Panel during a game using the Toggle Info Panel hotkey. It is ALWAYS cheaper to Repair a building, than to send an Engineer into a building. No building costs more than $500 to fully repair. The MCV costs the most of any building to fully repair ($375).The Service Depot has 100 more HP to heal than the MCV but cost way less. ($137). The  Tiberium Waste Facility, on Veteran Balance maps, has 200 more HP than the MCV, but only costs $150 to repair. The only reasons to use an Engineer to heal a building is in an emergency. (Example: alot of Banshee or other units are trying to kill the building, or if you suspect an immediate Ion Cannon.)

Tiberium HP damage: The Tiberium hurts Light Infantry, Rocket Infantry, Disc Throwers, Jump Jet Infantry if they run over it. If they stand still on top of the Tiberium it does not hurt them. The Tiberium does 1-2 HP damage per second when those units run on it.

Tiberium HP healing: The Tiberium will heal a Ghost Stalker, Cyborg, Cyborg Commando, and the Mutant Hijacker by 5-6 HP every second. They do not have to be moving over it, they can stand still and the Tiberium will still heal them the same amount.The Cyborg Reaper heals much faster at 24 or 48 HP per second.

Tiberium healing times for various units to full health:

​

  • Ghost Stalker heals to full health on Tiberium in 36 seconds.
     

  • Cyborg heals to full health on Tiberium in 51 seconds.
     

  • Cyborg Commando heals to full health on Tiberium in 1 minute 27 seconds.
     

  • Mutant Hijacker heals to full health on Tiberium in 50 seconds.
     

  • Cyborg Reaper heals super fast to full health on Tiberium in 10 seconds.

Orange Weed HP damage: The Orange Weed will damage some vehicles 50,110, or 115 HP randomly every second that the vehicle sits on it. The vehicle does not have to be moving. The Jump Jet Infantry can land on Orange Weed and not get hurt as long as he doesn't run on it. If the Jump Jet Infantry runs on the Orange weed, it will damage his HP by 40-80 points per second. The Jump Jet will die in about 2 seconds if he moves on Orange Weed. It does not damage Woverines, Attack Buggies, or Cyborg Reapers.
